What counts as an API call?
Every request to the Signet score endpoint counts as one API call. This includes score lookups, detailed report requests, and batch queries. Agent registration and webhook configuration do not count toward your call limit.
How do volume discounts work on the Growth plan?
Per-call pricing decreases as your monthly volume increases. At lower volumes you pay $0.05 per call, scaling down to $0.01 per call at higher tiers. You are billed based on actual usage each month, so you automatically get the best rate for your volume.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts on Free or Growth plans.
What happens if I exceed my daily call limit?
On the Free tier, additional calls are rate-limited until the next day. On the Growth plan, overage calls are billed at your current per-call rate with no interruption. Enterprise plans have no call limits.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes. We offer discounted Growth plans for early-stage startups and registered nonprofits building in the agent economy. Contact us with details about your organization and we will work with you on pricing.
